This Policy sets out how personal data of users of the MusharaqaHub website and platform (the "Platform") is processed and protected by the operator — Public company MusharaqaHUB PLC, BIN 260140901516 (the "Operator") — in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection".

1. What data is processed

full name; applicant type and details (BIN/IIN, organisation name);
contact data: e-mail, phone, preferred contact method;
information about the intellectual-property object provided by the user;
technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies, analytics data.

The Operator does not collect or store bank-card data — it is handled by the payment service in a secure manner.

2. Purposes of processing

reviewing a request, preparing an offer and concluding a contract;
providing access to the Platform and rendering services;
communicating with the user, technical support;
compliance with legal requirements; improving the website (analytics).

3. Legal grounds and consent

Processing is carried out on the basis of the user's consent, given when submitting the form and/or accepting the offer, as well as for the purposes of performing the contract and complying with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Transfer of data to third parties

Data may be transferred to the payment service (to process payment) and to other processors engaged by the Operator, solely to the extent necessary for the stated purposes and subject to confidentiality. Cross-border transfer is carried out only in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Storage period and protection

Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and to comply with legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised. The Operator applies organisational and technical protection measures (HTTPS channel encryption, access control).

6. Rights of the data subject

The user may request information about the processing of their data, its clarification, blocking or deletion, and may withdraw consent by writing to info@musharaqahub.com.

The website uses cookies to operate, remember settings and collect anonymised statistics (analytics). The user can disable cookies in the browser settings; some website functions may then not work correctly. By continuing to use the website, the user agrees to the use of cookies.
